Oh man! Can I relate. If I sneeze more than two times Joe is always going "Are you OK?" It gets worse the more kids you have. :( those poor moms that have 3 or more kids. If you see them sneeze look out! :)
I'm not sure how I feel about this post... I think I feel like I have to go pee now.

I think kegels are supposed to help, after Bebe is out, but...
...since I never did or do my kegels, I dunno for sure...
