free pancakes

there is free pancakes at ihop today from 7am - 10pm. we already enjoyed ours. :)

"that bread hates me!"

that's what nat told me on valentine's day morning. :P he had finished giving sean breakfast and headed out to get me some "treats". unfortunately, when he headed to mirabelle's to get my favorite bread, pecan raisin, they hadn't finished baking it. they had finished baking all the other breads, but not that one. this wasn't the first time that nat had wanted to get me the bread and was unable to. one time he took the bus to downtown, only to find that mirabelle's was closed. i think he went another time, and they didn't have the bread. so when he came home on saturday morning, he was pretty irritated. :) hence, the comment. :)

telepathy?

i had a horrible time sleeping last night, and i woke up with a sore throat. when nat left, i hoped that i'd be able to lay on the couch and watch sean play. you know what? it's like sean read my mind, because he was happy to play by himself for a good hour without bothering me. it's as if he knew! what a sweet boy! :)

lunch yesterday

after running some errands in the morning, i decided i was going to meet up with nat at work for lunch. it took some time getting there (making sean's lunch, getting his "eating" gear, getting my lunch), but it was well worth it to get out and be with nat during the day.
